Rapid Response is Now Wireless

We have upgraded our Rapid Response equipment and now offer the Rapid Response Research System with wireless equipment.

Along with being easier for respondents to use, this means that we can do Rapid Response testing without requiring respondents to sit in one place. This is great for consumer evaluation of large durables, such as automobiles and refrigerators, where respondents need to walk around and examine different parts of the test item. This system could also be used for the evaluation of spaces such as stores and restaurants.

Second-By-Second Reaction Analysis for Concepts, Commercials, Film

Now you can evaluate concepts, commercials, or anything on film on a second-by-second basis using the Rapid Response Reaction Analysis System. We show your commercial or read your concept to respondent groups. Using a dial on their Rapid Response keypad, respondents express their reaction to the concept or commercial as it unfolds. You watch this reaction - second-by-second - on a graph in our viewing room. This allows you to identify the parts of the material that win approval, and those that are less favorably received.

Second-By-Second Reaction Analysis can be used in context with any Rapid Response test.
